Minneapolis mayor tells Trump to ‘act like a leader’ after federal agents fatally shoot man

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey spoke after federal agents fatally shot a man believed to be an American citizen. Frey called on President Donald Trump to remove the federal agents from the Twin Cities.
